Charlie and Debbie joined Foothills CrossFit November 11th. On that day Debbie was able to complete 4 rounds of Cindy in 10:39. Charlie completed 3 rounds in 12:13. Tonight they completed 9 rounds in 20:23, including a minute rest in between each round. Six weeks. That's saying something. Great work.Monday, December 21
