Foothills CrossFit is sad to announce that it will be closing on Thursday, June 16th. Words cannot adequately express how thankful we are to have had such a dedicated and passionate community of athletes for the past 2 years. We are outside at Prospect Park in Wheat Ridge doing most of our WOD's now! What a great place to workout, on the playground with the other kids.

Tonight's WOD turned out to be harder than it looked, esp. when you are running with a 50# sandbag on your shoulder through aerated grass .....
